1. Nature of our products
Growthifymebj sells digital products — downloadable toolkits, templates, guides, and access to subscription-based digital services. Because our products are delivered electronically and consumed immediately, there is nothing physical to return.
2. 7-day refund promise (one-time purchases)
If a one-time digital purchase does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email contactus@growthifymebj.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Subscription products
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
- A first-time subscriber may request a refund of the most recent charge within 7 days if the service has not been substantially used.
4. When refunds are not available
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal.
- Products that have been substantially downloaded, exported, or consumed.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.
